Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • We use reputable carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability and rates vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to hazardous material regulations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@ceramicpro.com for assistance.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items.

Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
